4. When the filter material is used in the condition of oily dust, the filter material should be treated with oil-proof surface, and the treated filter material should conform to the provisions of GBW04015-1989.

5. When the filter material is used in the condition of antistatic dust removal, the filter material should be treated with antistatic, and the treated filter material should conform to the relevant provisions of GB12625-1990.4.6.

6. Maximum continuous working temperature of synthetic fiber non-woven filter material is 120℃.

Diffusion effect and electrostatic effect: fine dust hit the filter material layer, the gravity between the dust and the filter material surface makes it stick to the filter material and be filtered down. Small particle size particles to do Brownian motion, collision with each other, small particle size particles collide with each other or with the filter material friction charge, particles are attracted and captured. Large particles are mainly used by the former filter mechanisms, while smaller particles are mainly used by the latter. A variety of filtration mechanisms work at the same time, so that most dust will be filtered down, and the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector will be higher.
