The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of the involved products are (ex)5603 13 90, 5603 14 20 and (ex)5603 14 80 (TARIC codes are 5603 13 90 70 and 5603 14 80 70). The dumping investigation period for this case is from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The preliminary ruling of this case is expected to be made within seven months, with a maximum of no more than eight months.
