To thoroughly implement the requirements of the Women's Federation organization, expand the coverage of women's organizations in the "three new" fields, further strengthen the construction of women's organizations in the "three new" fields, and stimulate the vitality of women in social development, on July 29th, Jiangxi Guoqiao Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully held its first Women's Congress and established the Women's Federation organization in the "Three new" fields.

Under the guidance of the Women's Federation of Panfang Community, this congress strictly followed the election procedures. The meeting passed the "Election Rules for the First Women's Congress of Jiangxi Guoqiao Industrial Co., LTD.", the list of candidates for the first executive committee of the Women's Federation, as well as the list of scrutineers and counters. Five members of the first executive committee were elected through secret ballot. Subsequently, the executive committee elected one chairperson and one vice-chairperson of the Women's Federation. 

The establishment of the Women's Federation of Jiangxi Guoqiao Industrial Co., Ltd. has provided a platform for communication, mutual assistance and growth for female colleagues in the enterprise. It will also better unite the strength of women, demonstrate their responsibility and convey their warmth, shining brightly in the "three new" fields and making greater contributions to social development.
